During this appointment, we will assess your hair, choose the right system, and customize everything to fit you perfectly. Once your system is ready, we will schedule your installation and show you exactly how to care for and maintain it at home. From there, we will set you up on a routine maintenance schedule so your hair always looks fresh and natural.

How long your toupee lasts depends on your lifestyle and how well it is maintained. On average, most systems last 3-4 months with some lasting over 6 months. With proper care-using the right products, following a consistent maintenance routine, and comin in for regular appointments-you can help extend its lifespan. Over time, normal wear like shedding, fading, and base breakdown will naturally occur, whcih is when it’s time for a replacement to keep everything looking its best.

You will have to make some simple changes to your day-to-day routine. Always wash your toupee in warm water-never hot! You will need to brush shampoo through the hairpiece - No Scrubbing! It is recommended to use sulfate free shampoos and keeping conditioning to a minimum. When getting out of the shower you will want to pat your hair dry, brush it into desired style and let it air dry. Finish with a water-based styling product if needed. Be gentle, sleep with a silk pillowcase, and try to keep your partners hands out of your hair!

A new toupee will take approximately three hours to install - this process includes making a custom template, cutting the toupee to fit you perfectly, securing the hairpiece with proper adhesives and an expertly blended haircut. If well taken care of, your toupee should last you several months before a new one is needed. This journey will require lots of communication between you and your stylist until all the pieces of the puzzle are perfect. The toupee will need to be removed and reinstalled every four weeks - at this time you will receive a deep cleaning of your scalp and the toupee and a fresh haircut. The reinstallations can be booked online or we can schedule them ahead after your installation. Results are instant! After your consultation, we will order the toupee and schedule your installation. By the end of your appointment your confidence will be fully restored.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

* Cancellations made within 48 hours: Subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

* Reschedules made within 48 hours: Subject to a deposit fee of 50% of the scheduled service that will be applied at checkout after your completed appointment.

* Same-day cancellations of toupee installs: Subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service + cost of personalized products ordered.

No-Shows

Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Future bookings may require prepayment in full.

Late Arrivals

For toupee installations, any arrivals 30 minutes after scheduled appointment, are subject to rescheduling and prepayment for your rescheduled service. For reapplication appointments, any arrivals 15 minutes after scheduled appointment, are subject to rescheduling and prepayment for your rescheduled service. For hair cutting appointments, any arrivals 15 minutes after scheduled appointment, are subject to rescheduling and prepayment for your rescheduled service.

Service-Specific Time Blocking

Hair replacement services require significant preparation time and reserved scheduling blocks. For this reason, last-minute changes greatly impact our ability to accommodate other clients.

Emergency Considerations

We understand that emergencies happen. Fees may be waived at management’s discretion in cases of genuine emergencies.
